I work away from home, so I was very pleased that the site was well looked after and I never had any concerns when I could not attend in person – my Aunt loved meeting the team! I would highly recommended Verde, they exceeded my expectations.

As we had to move out of our house during the remediation work, Verde assured us that they would be finished in time for our return. This was a very difficult experience – a year out of our home – the trauma and anxiety never mind the inconvenience was very difficult, only made bearable because Verde were so professional. I found Verde an excellent company to deal with. Unfortunately, I have found a lot of plumbers etc over promise and turn up late. This is not the case with Verde who were very efficient and easy to deal with. They answered all our queries and we found them to be very environmentally friendly. Clare Whitely, Remediation Team Project Manager and her team made a difficult situation manageable. Although we had some minor problems during the remediation process, they were sorted very quickly. can’t compliment the Verde oil cleanup remediation team more on their recent work at my house, they were so helpful and obliging. They are the greatest advertisement for Verde – as I live in a terraced house, they had to move material through the hallway and kitchen and I barely knew they were there! They left the place spotless every evening. I also want to thank our Verde project manager – he was very patient, understanding and informative with me and my family at a time of great worry. I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly the cleanup process went as I was expecting it to be a lot of hassle.
